Recent advancements in isolation and stacking of layered van der Waals materials have created an unprecedented paradigm for demonstrating varieties of 2D quantum materials. Rationally designed van der Waals heterostructures composed of monolayer transition-metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) and few-layer hBN show several unique optoelectronic features driven by correlations. However, entangled superradiant excitonic species in such systems have not been observed before. In this report, it is demonstrated that strong suppression of phonon population at low temperature results in a formation of a coherent excitonic-dipoles ensemble in the heterostructure, and the collective oscillation of those dipoles stimulates a robust phase synchronized ultra-narrow band superradiant emission even at extremely low pumping intensity. Such emitters are in high demand for a multitude of applications, including fundamental research on many-body correlations and other state-of-the-art technologies. This timely demonstration paves the way for further exploration of ultralow-threshold quantum-emitting devices with unmatched design freedom and spectral tunability.  相似文献

In this paper, Zn-doped VO2 nanoparticles have been successfully fabricated by a two-step hydrothermal-annealing process, and the thermally induced visible light transmittance enhancement of Zn-doped VO2 has been studied for the first time. It is found that Zn-doped VO2 not only exhibits excellent solar modulation ability (ΔTsol = 15.27%) but also can reduce the phase transition temperature and increase the visible light transmittance after the heat-induced phase transition (ΔTlum=+5.78%). Moreover, with the increase of Zn doping concentration, the phase transition temperature (Tc) and phase transition hysteresis (ΔT) both decrease. It is shown that the Zn-doped VO2-PU films not only have good solar light modulation ability and properties of improving visible light transmission after phase transition, but also have good durability. The research result is of great significance for improving the visible light transmittance after phase transition and realizing the practical application of VO2 in the field of smart windows.  相似文献

The present study investigated the effect of as-built and post heat-treated microstructures of IN738LC alloy fabricated via selective laser melting process on high temperature oxidation behavior.The as-built microstructure showed fine cell and columnar structure due to high cooling rate.Ti element segrega-tion was observed in inter-cell/inter-columnar area.After post heat-treatment,the initially-observed cell structure disappeared,instead bimodal Ni3(Al,Ti)particles formed.High temperature(1273 K and 1373 K)oxidation test results showed parabolic oxidation curves regardless of temperature and initial microstructure.The as-built IN738LC fabricated via the selective laser melting process displayed oxida-tion resistance similar to or slightly better than that of IN738LC fabricated via wrought or cast process.Heat-treated SLM IN738LC,although had similar oxidation weight-gain values to those of the SLM as-built material at 1273 K,showed relatively better oxidation resistance at 1373 K.Bimodal Ni3(Al,Ti)precipitate formed in the post heat treatment changed the local chemical composition,thereby led to changes in alumina former/chromia former location and fraction on the alloy surface.It was concluded that in heat-treated IN738LC increased alumina former fraction was found,and this resulted in excellent oxidation resistance and relatively low weight-gain.  相似文献

This work correlates the charge carrier transport mechanism of silicon oxycarbide-based thin films with their morphology and thermal stress. Segregation of highly-graphitized carbon-rich, oxygen-depleted C/SiC areas homogeneously dispersed within an oxygen-rich C/SiOC matrix was seen on the 500 nm-SiOC thin films. Compressive biaxial stress induced by the mismatch with the Si-substrate thermal expansion coefficient was calculated at 109 MPa. Through Hall measurements, p-type carriers were shown dominating the SiOC film similar to monolithic samples. Thin films and monoliths have comparable carrier concentrations while the carrier mobility in SiOC thin films was 2 magnitudes higher than that of monolithic samples and is considered a consequence of the compressive thermal stress acting on the film. Improved conductivity of 16 S cm -1 is measured for the SiOC thin film sample which is assumed considering the enhanced carrier mobility alongside the reduced percolation threshold ascribed to the phase-separated morphology of the thin film.  相似文献

目的 为提高食品包装过程计量组件的称量精度和效率,采用智能控制算法设计一种高精度计量控制系统.方法 在分析动态称量系统工作原理的基础上,建立称量过程数学模型,将控制对象由放料阀门开度转换为电机轴位置.考虑到传统PID控制的缺陷,结合PI Ziegler-Nichols和预测控制设计一种高精度计量控制系统.该控制系统可实现比例和积分系数的在线调整,能够抑制参数变化、负载扰动;预测控制可提高系统收敛速度和跟踪能力.最后进行仿真和实验研究.结果 仿真结果表明,智能控制算法具有比较强的自适应、自整定能力,计量精度可以达到静态称量水平,均高于99.5%.结论 食品包装高精度计量控制系统具有精度高、稳定性好、称量效率高等特点,在实际应用中对称量过程的控制效果相对较好.  相似文献

激光测厚具有安全可靠、测量精度高、测量范围大等优点,广泛应用于纸张、电池极片等薄膜类材料厚度的在线测量。带材宽幅方向扫描测厚时由于扫描架往复运动会产生机械振动,影响在线测厚精度。针对该问题,以锂离子电池极片厚度测量为例,使用双激光差动式测厚平台对电池极片和铜箔分别进行厚度测量,然后对测厚数据进行频谱分析,探究其振动规律的相似性,并基于频谱分析结果采用滑动带阻滤波方式对测厚数据进行处理,滤波后极片和铜箔的厚度极差分别降低了33.4%和73.8%,有效过滤了机械振动导致的测量误差,可满足极片和铜箔厚度测量的精度要求。  相似文献

Direct-methane solid oxide fuel cells (DMSOFCs) have recently attracted substantial attention due to their simplified system, reduced cost, and the direct availability of methane fuel obtained from natural gas. Among oxygen-ion conductive materials, doped-ceria such as gadolinium-doped ceria (GDC) or samarium-doped ceria can be incorporated into Ni-based anodes to reinforce their coking resistance, enlarge their electrochemical reaction area, and improve the kinetics of the internal reforming/electrochemical oxidation of methane. To reduce the range of operating temperatures of DMSOFCs while maintaining their performance, the thin film deposition technique of magnetron sputtering was adopted in this work. An Ni-GDC thin-film anode and a Pt thin-film cathode were deposited on scandia-stabilized zirconia (ScSZ) electrolyte supports. This fuel cell was tested with directly supplied methane fuel (3% H2O) at 500 °C. The results demonstrated the effects of the GDC volume fraction in the anode—which was controlled by co-sputtering power—on open circuit voltage and electrochemical performance. The co-sputtered Ni-GDC anode was able to survive through 36-h operation, although there was some performance degradation. Field-emission scanning electron microscopy results revealed no formation of filamentous carbon on the Ni catalysts, despite the fact that both X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy analyses detected carbon coking. The relatively high performance and resistance to carbon coking of co-sputtered thin-film anode were attributed to its intrinsic small grain size.  相似文献
